They thought it was switch but 9/10 light failures have nothing to do with switch. You can see the water stain at the bottom....
Respliced / power restored

I tested all bulbs, sockets and motion sensors.
Yup, 17 MegaOhms: Quite a lot of resistance. Indicates failure:)
I respliced all the fixtures to bypass the motion sensors and installed one new fixture.
Always use water gaskets when doing outdoor lighting and top off with sealing caulking.
